CyberPilot App: Email Whitelisting Guide

This guide helps you whitelist CyberPilot emails in your organization's email system to ensure they don't end up in spam folders.

Choose your email client and follow the guide below:

 


 

Whitelisting in Microsoft Office 365 / Microsoft Defender

Follow these steps if you're using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Defender:

  1. Go to https://security.microsoft.com

  2. Click on “Policies & Rules” and then "Threat Policies"

  3. Click on “Anti-spam”

  4. Click on “Anti-spam inbound policy (Default)”
    Note: If you’ve customized your inbound policies, select the appropriate one instead.4

  5. Scroll down and click “Edit allowed and blocked senders and domains”5

     

  6. Under the “Allowed” section, click “Manage sender(s)”6

  7. Add the email address:

    • Type notify@app.cyberpilot.io and press Enter

    • Click “Add senders”

  8. Click on “Allowed domains”

  9. Add the following domains:

    • Type cyberpilot.io and press Enter

    • Type cyberpilot.dk and press Enter

    • Click “Add domains”

  10. Click “Done”, then click “Save”

  11. Click “Close”
    You’ve now successfully whitelisted CyberPilot emails.

  12. Final Step: Notify your Customer Succes Manager so we can complete your onboarding.

 


 

Whitelisting in Google Workspace (Gmail)

Follow these steps if you're using Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)

  1. Go to https://admin.google.com

  2. In the left sidebar, click “Apps”

  3. Select “Google Workspace”, then click “Gmail”

  4. Scroll to the bottom and click “Spam, Phishing and Malware”

  5. Find “Email allowlist” and click “Edit”

  6. Enter the following IP addresses (one per line):

    • 195.162.58.0/23

    • 94.124.16.0/20

  7. Click “Save”

  8. Final Step: Notify your Customer Succes Manager so we can complete your onboarding.
