Emails from the Platform

We'll show you some examples of emails that are sent from the platform to your users.

Mail Delivery

The CyberPilot App sends mails via the mail service MailGun. Mails sent from the platform complies with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC and are sent from serveres in Europe.

Welcome email

We send new users welcome emails when their first course has been enrolled. That way, your users will always have something to look at when they log in to the platform for the first time.

Here's what the welcome email looks like:

Note: If you use single sign-on, the username and temporary password fields will be different. Instead, the email will let the user know they can follow the link to login using their Microsoft credentials.

Course enrollment email

When a new course has been enrolled to a user, they will receive an email from the platform letting them know. If many courses have been enrolled to the user at once, the user will only get one email with all the courses listed.

Here's an example of what the course enrollment email looks like:

Course reminder email

Users will automatically receive an email from the platform every seven days reminding them to take their unfinished awareness training courses. If the user has more than one outstanding course, they will receive one email that lists all their incomplete training.

Here's an example of what the course reminder email looks like:
