We'll show you some examples of emails that are sent from the platform to your users.

 

Email Delivery

The CyberPilot App sends emails via MailGun. Emails sent from the platform comply with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC and are sent from servers in Europe.

Now, here are samples of emails sent from our platform.

Welcome email

We send new users welcome emails when their first training has been enrolled.

That way, your users will always have something to look at when they log in to the platform for the first time.

Training enrollment email

When a new training has been enrolled to a user, they will receive an email from the platform letting them know.

If many trainings have been enrolled to the user at once, the user will only get one email with all the content listed.

Training reminder email

Users will automatically receive an email from the platform every seven days reminding them to take their unfinished awareness training.

If the user has more than one outstanding training, they will receive one email that lists all their incomplete training.

If you have set training due dates, each training will include the due date (or number of days overdue).

Manager report - users with overdue training email

If you have turned on the manager report email feature, managers in your organization will receive this email weekly/monthly, that lists which of their users have overdue training.

Security Culture survey email

When a security culture survey has been sent to your users, they will get an email that looks like this:

Security Culture survey reminder

A reminder email will be sent to users who have not completed the survey. The email is sent 7 and 14 days after the initial survey is sent out, at the same time.

Domain verification email

When verifying a domain, you will choose who gets this email by inputting the email address it is sent to. That recipient will get this email in order to verify the organization's domain.

User reactivation email

All admins in the account will get this email one day before a user's set reactivation date in the platform.

Whitelisting confirmation

As part of whitelisting for phishing simulations, you will be asked to send yourself a test email. This is the what the test email looks like.

Phishing simulation reminder

Sent to the main admin 7 days before a scheduled auto phishing simulation.
