Email Delivery

The CyberPilot App sends emails via MailGun. Emails sent from the platform comply with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC and are sent from servers in Europe.

Welcome email

We send new users welcome emails when their first training has been enrolled. That way, your users will always have something to look at when they log in to the platform for the first time.

Training enrollment email

When a new training has been enrolled to a user, they will receive an email from the platform letting them know. If many trainings have been enrolled to the user at once, the user will only get one email with all the content listed.

Training reminder email

Users will automatically receive an email from the platform every seven days reminding them to take their unfinished awareness training. If the user has more than one outstanding training, they will receive one email that lists all their incomplete training.
