When you use your own LMS (Learning Management System) to distribute CyberPilot's content, you use our platform differently than most of our customers.
Instead of adding your users to the CyberPilot App and enrolling training to them there, you will have an account where you can preview content and request that some are sent to you. Then, you can distribute the content via your preferred LMS.
Your Customer Success Manager will guide you through the process. Here's an overview of how it works.
Logging in to the CyberPilot App
You will get a welcome email with information on how to login to the CyberPilot app.
When you log in, you will be able to see the content available to your account.
Just go to "Awareness" then "Content" and you'll see a list of all the content you have access to. You can click into trainings to see more about each of them.
How you'll know when a new training is available for you
You will get an email every time a new training is available. Typically, this is every two months, when we release a new course.
The email will have a link to the CyberPilot App, where you can take a look at the content.
How to preview trainings
You might want to read about a training, or take it yourself, before requesting it from us. You can do that by clicking into a specific training from the "Content" page and then clicking on "Preview".
Then, you can decide if you want to use the content in your training.
How to get content into your own LMS
To get the content, just reach out to your Customer Success Manager and let them know. They will send you the file via a download link.
And from there, it's all up to you to import the content to your LMS and enroll it to your users.
Now, some of the specific details
It's not possible to enroll our content via both your own LMS and our platform
We don't have a hybrid solution, so you have to choose if you want to use our app or your own LMS. It's better for your reporting and simpler for you to administer if you stay in just one system.

The files will be continuously updated
We often make small changes to our trainings, or make the content available in other languages. The file link we share with you enables immediate and continuous changes.
This means that the changes we make will take effect immediately in your own LMS, with no additional file sharing needed.
You get multiple languages in one file
We'll send you a file that has all the languages. Your users will simply select their preferred language before taking the training.
