How to Share the Security Culture Results Internally
You've done the survey and have the results. What's next?
How should I share results with my organization after a measurement?
The easiest way to share your security culture results internally is to use our ready-made email templates to communicate the results to your organization.
You can download the Danish or English templates here.
A good approach is to send a brief message that includes:
-
The overall score and the key takeaways (what’s strong, what’s weak),
-
1 to 3 focus areas you’ll be working on,
-
A positive note to thank everybody who responded ("your feedback is what makes these results meaningful")
How should I share results with management?
When sharing results with management, keep it simple and action-oriented.
The best approach is usually a brief face-to-face meeting (or a quick call) where you walk through the dashboard, followed by a summary via email.
During the meeting, keep it simple:
-
Start with the overall score, and how it's moved since the last measurement
-
Highlight 1 to 3 categories that consistently score low
-
Suggest 1 to 3 focus areas for improvement, and how you plan to track progress over time
Afterward, you can send an email summarizing the key takeaways and next steps, making it easy to share and refer back to later.
You can use our pre-made email templates to structure that message.
