Human rights and working conditions

Geschreven door Tue Saltofte Lund | 22-dec-2025 11:13:39

Working conditions are not just policies and procedures. They are about being treated with respect, feeling safe, and being able to do your job without fear, coercion, or harm.

When something is not right, the impact can go beyond a single workplace. It can affect partners, suppliers, and people in other parts of the world.

In this course, you will learn how human rights are connected to working life, where risks can arise in an organization’s activities and collaborations, and what role you have as an employee.

The course is based on EU rules on equal treatment, as well as ESG and CSRD. These frameworks require organizations to identify and address risks to human rights and working conditions.
