Here you can find an email template you can edit and send to your organisation before starting the training. It's a great way to let everyone know what is going to happen and what is expected of them with the awareness training and/or phishing training.
You'll also want to create your users in the CyberPilot App, either via Azure AD integration or manually uploading them.
