Migration guide for customers without AD-Sync and Single Sign-On

Here's the process for bringing you onto our new platform.

We so are so excited to bring you onto our new platform and have made every effort to ensure a seamless transition from the old to the new platform.

To help you with the transition, we've made you a migration guide and an email template for telling your organisation about the new app. 

 

We'll take care of migrating all your training history and user data, including:

  • All your users, their course enrollments, and their course completion history.
  • All your phishing simulation campaigns and the results of these.
  • All your branches and the users assigned to these.
  • All our courses are available on the new platform, and if you have created your own courses we convert them, so that they are also available on the new platform.

When we are ready to migrate you, we will send you an email to let you know. You are welcome to reach out to your customer success manager if you want to be brought onto the new platform soonest.

Here's what you can expect for the migration process

  1. You'll get an email from us when it's time to bring you onto the new platform. In the email, you get a short migration guide and an email template for informing users that your security awareness training is moving to a new platform.
  2. You complete the steps in the guide and let us know when you want to finalize the migration (we will confirm your migration date with you after that)
  3. On your migration day, your users will get a welcome email and can start using the new platform. The will receive a temporary password in the welcome email and set a new password when they login for the first time.
