We are halfway through 2026 so we thought you would like to know what new features we have implemented since last time that can help you create stronger human security in your organisation.
Because, it's not small features.
And yes, AI is here. AI is everywhere, but to us it's important that it's used in a relevant way and it doesn't become a black box.
So yes, there's new features with AI in it. But we are making sure, we know exactly what it does and why.
Check it all out.
Feature 1: AI Targeted Phishing
Phishing today looks nothing like it did in 2023.
Today, cyber criminals can send targeted phishing at scale using AI.
So.. Of course we need to adjust to the new threats.
Our new AI Targeted Phishing targets your company and employees specifically.
We scan the website for everything we can find about you and craft targeted phishing simulations based on it.
This makes it harder to spot the phishing emails, but it also makes the simulations more relevant as it mimics the threats your employees might meet "in real life".
It's an obvious place to implement AI, so that's what we did.
Feature 2: Individual Phishing Training – Risk based
Oh shoot, one of your employees clicked a phishing simulations.
What now?
Most phishing training providers send them a e-learning course about phishing and call it a day.
Then they receive the same phishing simulations as always.
We don't.
Our new risk based phishing training analyses what types of phishing simulations your users are clicking.
Then, it creates a phishing simulation program specifically for the individual vulnerable users. Each user gets their own training programme.

This means your users receive the phishing simulations that they have a hard time spotting. If they always "fall for" emails with a sense of urgency in them, this is what we send.
When they've reported a few of these and show they've learned how to spot them, they get back into the normal company loop with the rest of their colleagues.
In other words, we train vulnerable users in their own vulnerabilites. Not with a single course alone but with phishing simulations tailored specifically to them.
Feature 3: Phishing follow-up for end users
Admins have always had ways to see what users reported or clicked in the phishing simulations.
But the end user was kept in the dark unless the admin told them.
And honestly, that kind of sucks.
That's why we've introduced "Phishing Follow-Up" for the end users.
Now, if you click on a link in a phishing simulation, you will receive a message about it. Then, you can log into the app and see the specific phishing email, what signs it had in it, and so on.
The end user can also get an overview of how many phishing simulations they've received, and how they performed.

Not only do they learn more, but it can also motivate them to achieve the highest report rate possible.
In the end, that's exactly what you want as an admin as well.
Feature 4: Self Service Phishing
Our new feature Self Service Phihing means that you can now setup and send your own campaign. From A to Z, no touches needed from us.
Choose a template, choose your recipients and schedule a time period.

Lean back, relax, and watch the simulation roll.
It doesn't change a lot for your end users, but it does make your life an admin easier, because you get to be in charge of the phishing simulations that your employees receive.
Feature 5: AI Customizations of courses to fit your company
AI can customize everything. But should it?
Yes and no.
We tried passing our courses into different AI's and make them customize it to our company. The results weren't that great.
But, we also learned that if we can control the output a bit it could eventually become great.
We've done that, and it means we can now customize our courses to your company.
Short and sweet it means you can:
-
Be in charge: Customise content to fit your organisational context. You can see every edit and approve og decline them.
-
Make edits: Make edits yourself on top of the AI.
- Translate with Ai: Once you like your customised version, translate it to +50 languages
This means that the courses will take your company into account.

In the above example, it knows we should live up to NIS2 because of the industry we are in. Therefore, it adds this as a relevant regulation in the example.
Oh, and this is just the beginning. Later this year we are adding more than company context:
- Points of contact: Define relevant persons like "the person responsible for IT" specifically, and get this integrated directly into the training
- Guidelines: Let the AI read your IT Guidelines and integrate it into the training at appropriate places
- Role specific training: Let the Ai customise the training even more based on the end users role
We already have beta versions on all of these, but are not ready to free the AI.
Feature 6: AI translations, of courses
AI has become really great at translating. So, we've added it into the platform. This means you can translate your courses to more than 50+ languages in a heartbeat.
Wooosh.
So, if you have a multilingual team, you can make sure everbody get courses in their own language.
And to sum up:
That's just some of the big things that have happened this year.
We've also launched new awareness training dashboards, phishing analytics, better whitelisting, a new phishing catalogue and much more.
Sounds cool, right?
